In this assignment, you will be presenting a journal entry wherein you will analyze your own stress and coping, and identify ways in which to reduce your stress.
Thoroughly answer the following questions, and submit your work in a standard text document (Word preferred). Use the rubric for guidance, write in complete sentences, and cite/reference any sources you use.
- When you think of stress, what is the first thing that comes to mind?
- What is the mot stressful thing happening in your life right now?
- How are you managing your stress?
- Do you currently use a stress reduction technique regularly? What is it and how does it work?
- Consider the coping suggestions in your text. What techniques do you think might help you?
- Identify a stressor you would like to learn to cope with better and set a goal for changing the way you think or respond to the stressor.
